Prince Rupert Commercial Property Inventory

The Prince Rupert Economic Development Corporation has initiated an inventory of commercial for rent or lease properties. The inventory will be publicly available through the PREDC office and website. Once complete the inventory will be used by the City as a planning tool for target marketing and investment attraction and to respond to business inquiries.

We would like to encourage anyone who has commercial property available for rent or lease in the City’s downtown sector to contact our office so that it can be included in the inventory.
